Nectarios Livisianos

Whimsical Works embraces play, curiosity and the gentle absurdities of everyday life. These oil paintings invite the viewer into small worlds where logic loosens and imagination takes the lead. Colours drift between dream and reality, while characters and objects teeter on the edge of fantasy, humour and mischief. Rather than offering fixed meanings, the works encourage a sense of wonder, the kind we often abandon in adulthood yet secretly miss. Whimsy becomes both a lens and a release; a way of questioning seriousness, celebrating spontaneity and letting the unexpected unfold.
